During Halloween in Residence Massacre, candy corn can randomly drop if you break open a pumpkin. You can also get candy corn if you manage to scare off the monster during the night sessions.

The monster is scared off by turning on the light when you see it in the window. Do that, go outside where the monster was, and it will drop a candy corn. If you find eight candy corn, eat them all, and you will get the Sweet Tooth Badge.
