VCT 2024 Stage 1 is over and the top three teams from each region will compete in Valorant Masters Shanghai for the trophy. Apart from this, we will also get the first look at the new map coming to Valorant along with the showmatch ahead of the Grand Final.

Valorant Masters Shanghai Dates, Venue & Teams

Masters Shanghai will run from May 22 to June 9 and will take place at VCT CN Arena with the finals taking place at the largest venue in VCT history, the Mercedes-Benz Arena. You can have a look at the qualified teams below.

VCT Masters Shanghai Format 

Masters Shanghai is split into two stages i.e. Swiss Stage and the Playoff Stage and the first seed from each region will go directly to Playoffs and will get to choose their opponents. 

Swiss Stage (May 23 to June 3)

A total of eight teams will play Swiss Stage and they are seeded via random draw. To qualify for playoffs, teams will have to win two series before lossing two. 

Playoff Stage (May 30 to June 9)

The top four teams from Swiss Stage will advance to Playoffs where they will be up against the first seeds of each region. This stage will follow double elimination method and will be BO3 series except Grand Final which will be BO5 series.
