Dragon's Dogma 2 Golden Trove Beetle Effect

We urge all Arisen to never sell their Golden Trove Beetles to vendors. There is a limited quantity available to find in each playthrough, and they have an important effect once consumed. The Golden Trove Beetle increases the weight a player can carry by 0.15kg!

Once you have some Golden Trove Beetles, consume them for a permanent increase in carry capacity. Sure, the effect of one might seem insignificant, but once you start consuming dozens, it does make a big difference for your character and main pawn.

All Golden Trove Beetle Locations in DD2

So far, over 70 Golden Trove Beetles have been found in Dragon's Dogma 2, which means you can get quite a huge increase in carry weight capacity if you consume them all, making incumbrance worries a thing of the past.

Pro tip: Most Golden Trove Beetles can be found on trees, so look for a trees in the locations above. Only a few of them can be purchased from NPCs, and a handful are found on pillars.
