When Is The Next ESO Event? 2024 Calendar

Players have plenty of activities to take part in across The Elder Scrolls Online (ESO), from daily jobs and Endeavors to weekly Trials. But throughout the year, special events are held around Tamriel which allow players to take part and earn some additional goodies. 

Sometimes these events are full on festivals, other times they're classed as celebrations for certain aspects of ESO. In the past, players have enjoyed the Heroes of High Isle Event, the Explorer's Celebration and, more recently, the Jester's Festival. Some of these events are a one-off, other times they could be recurring season events.

Numerous rewards are usually on offer during these events, ranging from furniture, hats, styles and more. In order to make the most out of every event in ESO, it's important to know when the next one is set to arrive.

When Does The Next Event In ESO Start?

At the time of writing, we're still in the early days of 2024. So far players have been able to enjoy the New Life event, which ran from December 21, 2023 – January 9, 2024. This event had players complete New Life quests to earn Event Tickets, and the New Life Festival Grab Bag containing Mementos that players may have missed previously. 

So what can we look forward to for the rest of the year? Well, ZeniMax and Bethesda have been quiet on that front so far, but we expect to see the return of some fan favorite events:

• Guilds and Glory Celebration - expected to start in January 2024.

Much like past chapters, the Necrom Chapter received a dedicated event — Secrets of the Telvanni. Previous chapters included events such as the Orsinium Celebration and the Heroes of High Isle Event.
