Is The Rocket Launcher Back In Fortnite OG?

Epic Games is taking players on a trip down memory lane by bringing back the classic Fortnite map in Fortnite Season OG. Here, players can revisit iconic POIs such as Pleasant Park, Retail Row, and Tilted Towers. Beginning with Chapter 1 Season 5, you can navigate these bygone locations with the season's classic weapons, including the Assault Rifle and Pump Shotgun. But what about the Rocket Launcher?

Is The Rocket Launcher Coming Back To Fortnite?

According to leaker @HYPEX on Twitter, the Rocket Launcherwill be included in the Season OG starter Loot Pool, along with the Grenade Launcher. 

In a blog post detailing what to expect during this season, Epic Games did not confirm the return of the Rocket Launcher in Fortnite Season OG. The list of unvaulted weapons and items, coming in the V27.00 Season 5 update, so far consists of the following:

• Assault Rifle
• Pump Shotgun
• Hunting Rifle
• Damage Trap
• Grappler
• Boogie Bomb
• Shopping Cart
• All Terrain Kart

The above list, however, is not exhaustive. Epic Games has confirmed that the Assault Rifle, Pump Shotgun, and Hunting Rifle are just some of the weapons being unvaulted in the Season's first update. There are also plenty of other weapons on the way that will be unvaulted in upcoming hotfixes.

In the blog post, Epic Games revealed the schedule for all of the upcoming updates as part of this new season, and specifically mentioned that the blog post only contained some of what is being unvaulted. So, with this in mind, it's plausible that we could still see all sorts of past weapons return this season. Be sure to scour the OG map to find out.
