HoYoverse has always been strict and quick in taking action against the dataminers and leakers, and the case with Honkai: Star Rail is not any different. They continuously send copyright strikes to the videos, tweets, etc., that contain information that they don't want to be public yet. For example, they took almost all leaks related to Dr. Ratio down, and the DMCA strikes have also resulted in the suspension of some popular leakers' accounts like Mero and Inima__1.

However, Inima__1 tweeted on September 21 from their second X account, Inimahsr2, claiming that HoYoverse is sending false copyright strikes for "several tweets about OFFICIAL information, such as Jingliu's drip marketing, summary of the livestream 1.3, etc."

In response, another leaker Kim015_, with over 20k followers, replied that it happened with them as well, and HoYoverse is doing that to try to take down the accounts.

However, we don't know whether the posts that got DMCA actually had only official information, and there has been no official statement or update by HoYoverse as well. We will update this page as we get an update on this situation, so make sure to keep an eye on it.
