Honkai: Star Rail 1.3 update is coming closer to an end, and HoYoverse will be releasing its patch 1.4 soon, bringing new characters, quests, enemies, and more into the game. It includes characters including Jingliu, Guinaifen, Topaz & Numby, etc., along with their Light Cones.

However, the rest of the details regarding the update will be revealed by HoYoverse in Honkai: Star Rail 1.4 livestream.
