One of the biggest Valorant events in history, VCT LOCK//IN Brazil, is coming closer and will feature all the partnered teams from the Americas, Pacific, and EMEA VCT Leagues. These teams will battle against each other for the ultimate trophy and the champions title, and not only this, the region that wins the VCT LOCK//IN Brazil will also get an additional slot for the Masters 2023 Japan. 

Riot has revealed all of the event's details, including its schedule, teams, venue, and more. We will be also be seeing two Chinese teams playing the tournament which makes the competition even more excited and here is everything you need to know about VCT LOCK//IN Brazil 2023.

VCT LOCK//IN Brazil 2023 Format and Schedule

VCT LOCK//IN Brazil will kick off on February 13, with the Grand Final happening on March 4 and will consist of three stages, including Alpha, Omega, and Finals Stage. Riot has decided to go with single elimination format for this event to accommodate this huge number of teams in a single tournament. However, they have announced that double elimination brackets will return for future events. 

Riot's goal is to maximum inter regional matches and thus, teams are randomly paired using the following format into 16 first round match-ups.

• EMEA vs Pacific: 5 match-ups
• Americas vs Pacific: 5 match-ups
• Americas vs EMEA: 4 match-ups
• China vs Americas: 1 match-up
• China vs EMEA: 1 match-up

These match-ups were then divided into two groups i.e. Alpha & Omega to maximize the probabilities of inter regional matches for second round as well.

Alpha Matches (February 13 to 19)

Alpha matches will be played until two teams remain, and each match will be the best of three.

• February 13 (Monday): Alpha matches

Finals Stage (March 2 to 4)

The remaining four teams play through the Semifinals and Finals until a champion is crowned. These matches will be best of five.

The event will be held at Ginásio do Ibirapuera in São Paulo, and you can purchase tickets from the official website of Ticket360 Brazil. However, keep in mind that you are allowed to purchase up to four tickets per show day, and in addition to this, if you are placed in the virtual queue, don't close or reload the tab, as you will lose your place in the queue.

You will have 20 minutes to make the purchase; otherwise, you will be kicked out of the page, and the next 100 people in the queue after you will be sent to the booking page. Here is how much the tickets cost:
