The specs of the best healer in Dragonflight Season 3 aren't as clear-cut as it seems. One has to take the current metagame for Mythic+ and Raids into consideration, alongside the ability of healers to flash-heal tanks, AOE healing, and also DPS output.

We use the following rankings system for Healers in WoW Dragonflight. At the time of writing, there are no terrible specs that deserve to be in a C or D tier, but this might change as updates occur.

• S Tier - The best Healer spec in WoW Dragonflight Season 3, pushing out a lot of group and single-target healing while still having the ability to deal some damage when the healing demand is lower.
• A Tier - These Healer specs can still keep the group and Tank alive in the most demanding Mythic+ dungeons and raids but are simply outshined by the S Tier options on the healing meters.
• B Tier - Don't expect to top the healing leaderboards with these specs in WoW Dragonflight. Even so, they can get the job done.
