Victoria's primary objective in her expedition to Ava is to rescue all lifeforms, creatures, and Naam from a corruption infecting the planet's environments. As she'll need to rescue a multitude of creatures throughout her adventures, Victoria doesn't have the equipment required to accomplish this, so she turns to the Naam ways of completing this goal.
"The Songs of Ava" quest mainly explores and guides players through tutorials on the game's taming mechanic that will help them complete this quest. This guide will provide the objectives to follow and complete this quest, along with a detailed walkthrough for Creatures of Ava.

How To Complete The Songs Of Ava Quest In Creatures Of Ava?
Once players have found the Aleph Prime's Grasslands Base and unlocked the Teleporter to complete the "Come in, Tabitha" quest, the following quest, "The Songs of Ava," will begin as Victoria must find a way to tame the planet's creatures. As the taming equipment was destroyed in the crash, Victoria must speak to Nim'ar, who is found back at the village, not far from Vaêh'ti's location; they can ask if they know any shepherds to help them learn the Naam traditions of taming creatures.
Nim'ar will refer Victoria to Sebb'ti, but before she leaves, he hands her a Flute, which will be helpful when learning how to tame creatures with Sebb'ti. The Naam shepherd they're looking for is found in the mountains south of the village, where they can take the main path leading towards the mountains.
They will find a Witherblossom along their way that can't be removed, but keep following the path marked by a red arch. Keep to the left side of the path until they find a pen in the distance. Wrap around to the right of the pen to find a ladder, which they can climb up, and they can hear and find the Naam shepherd, Sebb'ti, playing the Flute, with whom they can try to engage in a conversation.
Unresponsive at first, if they remember Nim'ar words, they can get creative and play a few notes on the Flute to gain his attention. As she asks Sebb'ti to be their shepherd, Sebb'ti explains the significance of songs and their connections to their world and culture; they'll teach them the Song of Grass to play on the Flute to progress with the quest.
This specific song can be played to attract the creatures of the grasslands and thus begins a tutorial of taming wild creatures. Sebb'ti will bring them to an area with a Ura, where they can practice their newly acquired skills to tame the creature, using the Flute to first play back the sounds they make but without getting too close.
Using the assigned keys or buttons first to imitate the sounds when playing the notes on the Flute, they can lead the Ura towards Sebb'ti by following the quest marker. Sebb'ti will then guide and teach them about Ava Vision and Connect by first playing the Song of Grass for the Ura and clicking the right mouse or holding the LT button to enter Ava Vision.
To connect with the Ura while in Ava Vision, they can click the left mouse or press the X button, where they can control the creature through Ava Connect. They can also control the Ura to destroy a fungi barrier blocking the path to the pen at Sebb'ti's camp through a Charge attack by clicking the left mouse or pressing the X button while in this state before guiding the Ura to the pen.
This completes the taming tutorial with Sebb'ti, which Victoria can use on the creatures in the grassland biome to progress the expedition before bidding farewell to Sebb'ti. They'll receive a radio transmission from Tabitha by finding a rescue bot she had dispatched in the mountainous area nearby.
Victoria must lead some creatures to the rescue bot's capture perimeter for their research using the skills learned from Sebb'ti. Upon arrival, head down into the cavern to activate the Zipline there before they can tame the friendly Kraj found in this area using the Flute and use Ava Connect to lead the creature to bite into the ropes to lower the bridge.
They'll find the rescue bot, which they can interact with, and transmit the Kraj to the BioArk before continuing to find four more creatures. Two Kraj creatures are found west of the rescue by climbing up the platform, but they must use the Nafitar staff to remove the corruption before taming them.
Use the staff again to remove a Witherblossom before leading the Kraj to the rescue bot and sending them to the BioArk. The last two Kraj are found above the location of the previously found creatures by jumping up the cliff to reach this area.
Like before, use the Nafitar staff to remove the corruption from the creatures before using the Flute to tame them and lead them to the rescue bot. However, they must remove a Witherblossom blocking and use Ava Vision and Connect to lead a Kraj to bite into the ropes and lower a bridge.
They can teleport the last two kraj to the BioArk before meeting with Tabitha at the village. At this point, they'll unlock the Skill Tree, which we'll explain in a separate guide, and they can unlock the Overcharge I skill using the available Skill Points obtained, which completes "The Songs of Ava" quest in Creatures of Ava.
