Disney Dreamlight Valley Rich Soil - How To Get, Location & Uses

There are various items to collect when playing Disney Dreamlight Valley, and with their recent Scar update, many more items have been added for players to collect and use. One of these items is the newly added Rich Soil, which is used in the new quest from the Scar Update called "Nature and Nurture" and has other uses as a crafting material.

So in this guide, we will show you exactly how to locate and farm Rich Soil in Disney Dreamlight Valley, along with how to use the soil for crafting as you make your way through the game. 

How to get Rich Soil in Disney Dreamlight Valley

You'll need to harvest crops to collect Rich Soil in Disney Dreamlight Valley. It doesn't matter what kind of crop you use and which biome or area you choose to collect from (except for one, but more on that later), but the quickest way is to plant some wheat in Peaceful Meadow, water it, and wait for it to grow for a minute.

These are also the least expensive. You can pull them all out from here, wait for the Rich Soil to fall, and then replant as necessary. You can also purchase more than 10 seeds to speed up the process because you can't count on getting Rich Soil from every plant.

While you can plant and harvest crops along with Rich Soil in almost any area in the game, there is one you should avoid as it won't grant you any soil, which is WALL-E's garden. Harvesting these won't result in any Rich Soil being obtained, so you'll have to limit yourself to harvesting and growing your own for now. 

Disney Dreamlight Valley Rich Soil - Uses

In Disney Dreamlight Valley, you need Rich Soil to make certain crafting items for yourself or as part of questlines, such as Scar's 'Nature and Nurture' quest.

The Scar's Kingdom update is the most recent update for the game, and this is the first quest you'll need to complete, so be sure to have some Rich Soil on hand when starting Scar’s questline. 

Outside of quests, Rich Soil is required to make both the Miracle Growth Elixir and the Even More Miraculous Growth Elixir. So head out there and collect as many Rich Soils as possible to help you in quests and craft some useful and valuable Elixirs.
