Vault Keycard can be obtained by killing the Highcard Boss. The boss will appear at different locations on the map after every game's second storm circle. These Highcard Bosses will spawn through a rift along with his two Henchmen; currently, they are spawning at Shattered Slab, Mega City, and Brutal Bastion.
