Fortnite Web Battles: How to Play, All Rewards Listed

Fortnite players can earn themselves some new Spider-Man-themed rewards thanks to the Fortnite Web Battles challenges. Here's how to take part and what players stand to earn.

Fortnite Web Battles: How to Play, All Rewards Listed

Epic Games has rolled out a new in-game event called Fortnite Web Battles. Players take part in Daily Battles to earn themselves a selection of in-game cosmetics themed around Spider-Man. The entire event takes place over the course of five days, with new Daily Battles unlocking each day. The more you take part and the more points you earn, the more rewards you'll ge tto add to your Locker.

Fortnite Web Battles begins on May 18, 2023 and runs up until May 22, 2023 at 11:59pm ET. The first of the Daily Battles is live now, with the second being made available tomorrow.

How to Sign Up to Fortnite Web Battles

Signing uo to Fortnite Web Battles is done external to the game. To take part, players need to head to the Fortnite Web Battles website and log in with their Epic Games account. It's important to ensure its the same Epic Games account used to play Fortnite.

After signing up, players then need to choose their team. If a team wins by the end of the Daily Battle, they'll be rewarded with an in-game emoticon based on that team — Miguel or Miles. Teams can be switched as long as it's done eight hours before the end of the Daily Battle.

Fortnite Web Battles: All Rewards

There are four rewards on offer during Fortnite Web Battles, each of which can be earned in different ways:

  • The Spidey 2099 Logo Spray — earned simply by logging in to Fortnite Web Battles and choosing a team.
  • Miguel's Glare Emoticon — earned by winning a Daily Battle as part of Miguel's team.
  • Shocked Miles Emoticon — earned by winning a Daily Battle as part of Miles' team. 
  • Spider-Ham's Mallet Pickaxe with built-in Put 'Er There Emote — earn a total of 40 points over the five Daily Battles to receive all previously unearned in-game rewards and the Spider-Ham's Mallet Pickaxe.

All Daily Battle points are added up and count towards the 40 points needed for unlocking the Spider-Ham's Mallet Pickaxe.
