How to increase your stamina in Genshin Impact

Stamina plays a critical role in player's progression in Genshin Impact. If you are unaware, stamina is needed for when Travelers are running, climbing, swimming, and fighting.

By increasing your stamina Travelers to take on bigger powerful foes, domains or challenges. This guide will detail the various ways Travelers can increase their stamina in Genshin Impact.

Seek Anemoculuses to boost stamina

Travelers will encounter many Adventure Items along their journey, particularly in the Mondstadt region. Greenish orbs, known as Anemoculuses, are scattered throughout the region, either in plain sight, tucked away behind trees or suspended mid-air.

Travelers who have found a few of these items can collect them, which can be located in your inventory should you need them. After collecting Anemoculuses, travel to any one of the Statues of the Seven located across Mondstadt and select the “Worship” option.

You can use the Anemoculuses as offerings to the god for which in return, your stamina will increase. There is a donation requirement of Anemoculuses Travelers will need to acquire before offering them.

Each statue has a different amount which Travelers can view in the menu after selecting the “Worship” option. If they meet the donation requirements, they can use the Anemoculuses to increase their stamina.

If you’re having a hard time locating any one of the Statues of The Seven, Travelers can make use of the Genshin Impact Interactive Map to locate the nearest statue. Similarly, Travelers can also use the map to track Anemoculuses in your location and mark it on your in-game map.

Increase your stamina with these other options

There are other ways of increasing your stamina in Genshin Impact. The first is quite straightforward and this requires Travelers to look into the stats of their party members.

Travelers will be looking at the Anemo stats of party members that will boost your stamina. You can find this information in the character menu and check their traits.

The other way is by cooking specific meals that can grant a temporary stamina boost. These meals are best consumed before taking on a powerful enemy, clearing a Domain or taking on an event.

It’s important to note that stamina can deplete quite quickly if one isn’t keeping close tabs on it. These options will be beneficial to Travelers during their time spent in Teyvat.
