{"id":10207,"date":"2020-11-24T23:27:51","date_gmt":"2020-11-24T23:27:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ginx.tv\/bungie-kills-new-destiny-2-loot-cave-with-hotfix-3-0-0-4"},"modified":"2024-07-19T18:16:28","modified_gmt":"2024-07-19T18:16:28","slug":"bungie-kills-new-destiny-2-loot-cave-with-hotfix-3-0-0-4","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ginx.tv\/en\/video-games\/bungie-kills-new-destiny-2-loot-cave-with-hotfix-3-0-0-4","title":{"rendered":"Bungie kills new Destiny 2 loot cave with Hotfix 3.0.0.4"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Destiny 2 was the center of attention during the weekend for gaming fans, as the new Deep Stone Crypt raid brought <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ginx.tv\/en\/destiny-2\/deep-stone-crypt-raid-completion-unlocks-more-content-for-destiny-2-players\">a plethora of content into the game<\/a>, with players still anticipating even more to drop before the end of the year.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ginx.tv\/en\/destiny-2\/destiny-2-how-to-get-the-lament-exotic-sword\">New exotic quest<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ginx.tv\/en\/destiny-2\/destiny-2-how-to-get-the-eyes-of-tomorrow-raid-exotic-rocket-launcher\">weapons<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ginx.tv\/en\/destiny-2\/destiny-2-how-to-complete-a-hard-rain-falls-quest\">story missions <\/a>on top of the six-man activity capped off an amazing couple of days for Bungie, which decided to follow up with a Hotfix that slightly alters the gear pool and kills what was essentially a loot cave, albeit less impressive as the original one back in 2014.<\/p>\n<h2>Bungie removes new Cosmodrome loot cave<\/h2>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn-cf.ginx.tv\/imgcdn\/ZfBhijqojlrvojSMdkaF7ZdOSlqmtoGXh7RW9a6BbAE\/rs:fill:0:0:1\/g:ce\/aHR0cHM6Ly93d3cuZ2lueC50di91cGxvYWRzL0Rlc3RpbnkyQmV5b25kLmpwZw\" alt=\"destiny 2 beyond light\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" loading=\"lazy\"><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">(Picture: Bungie)<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Some players and content creators brought to light a little exploit set in the Divide section of the Cosmodrome, one of the areas that made its return from Destiny 1 with Beyond Light.<\/p>\n<p>The little cave-like environment allowed players to farm bosses in hopes of getting Prime Engrams. removed, as Bungie removed enemies spawning as much from certain activities, essentially killing this farming method.<\/p>\n<h2>New weapons in World Engram drops<\/h2>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" players&#8217; random world drops are rewards that&#8217;ll last for a few months, as they have now removed weapons that will hit the Infusion Cap at the end of the current season, Season of the Hunt, adding a few more to compensate.<\/p>\n<p>The fresh drops include the return of the Seraph collection of guns from Season of the Worthy and Season of Arrivals Seasonal and planetary reprisal
