The emphasis on cooldown is important as it will allow you to use Spirit Rush, as much as possible.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Luden&#8217;s Echo:<\/strong> Grants bonus magic damage from its passive Discordic Echo, and a 10% cooldown reduction.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ionian Boots of Lucidity:<\/strong> Increases the cooldown reduction of abilities and summoner spells. So when you&#8217;re in a tight spot exchanging skills and low on health, you can throw your Orb of Deception at the enemy minions and recover a little.<\/p>\n<p>Once you get to level 6, you can try rotating to other lines to assist your allies, in case the enemies are pushing the line and attacking unprepared.
