If you don&#8217;t want to wait for the developer to fix the issue, we&#8217;ve got some possible solutions for you on both Android and iOS devices.<\/p>\n<h2>COD: Mobile Black Screen issue<\/h2>\n<p>In a recent <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reddit.com\/r\/CallOfDutyMobile\/comments\/ktj7hs\/call_of_duty_mobile_january_8th_community_update\/gimgtbs\/?utm_medium=android_app&amp;utm_source=share&amp;context=3\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Community Update post on Reddit<\/a>, the official COD: Mobile account asked players to report details on the Black Screen issue they&#8217;ve been experiencing in COD: Mobile.<\/p>\n<div class=\"ephox-summary-card\" style=\"max-width: 650px;\" data-ephox-embed-iri=\"https:\/\/www.reddit.com\/r\/CallOfDutyMobile\/comments\/ktj7hs\/call_of_duty_mobile_january_8th_community_update\/gimis3o?utm_source=share&amp;utm_medium=web2x&amp;context=3\"><a class=\"ephox-summary-card-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.reddit.com\/r\/CallOfDutyMobile\/comments\/ktj7hs\/call_of_duty_mobile_january_8th_community_update\/\"><span class=\"ephox-summary-card-title\">r\/CallOfDutyMobile &#8211; Call of Duty: Mobile &#8211; January 8th Community Update<\/span><span class=\"ephox-summary-card-description\">293 votes and 1,052 comments so far on Reddit<\/span><span class=\"ephox-summary-card-author\">COD_Mobile_Official<\/span><span class=\"ephox-summary-card-website\">reddit<\/span><\/a><\/div>\n<p>Players are asked to provide the following information:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>[OS] [Version #] &#8212; Example: iOS 14; Android 11<\/li>\n<li>Frequency of crashing\/black screens<\/li>\n<li>Mode or area where it occurs (in case it isn&#8217;t clearly just Battle Royale)<\/li>\n<li>UID (please don&#8217;t share Open ID, only UID)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The developer will be checking all of these responses and details for the COD: Mobile Black Screen issue, so that they can find &#8220;similarities or common plausible reasons&#8221;. However, the developer did not provide a quick fix to the issue.<\/p>\n<div class=\"cke_pagebreak\" style=\"page-break-after: always;\" title=\"Page Break\" contenteditable=\"false\" aria-label=\"Page Break\" data-cke-display-name=\"pagebreak\" data-cke-pagebreak=\"1\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<h2>How to fix Black Screen in COD: Mobile<\/h2>\n<p>Players have been reporting more and more Black Screen issues in COD: Mobile since the Winter War update.
