The developer also made some changes to timeouts for Broken Fang Premier matches. We&#8217;ve got you covered with the full CS:GO patch notes for 4th February.<\/p>\n<h2>CS:GO Short-Handed income changes<\/h2>\n<p>With the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ginx.tv\/en\/cs-go\/csgo-update-28th-january-rmr-sticker-capsules-elysion-gameplay-updates\">RMR 2020 Sticker Capsule update<\/a> released on 28th January, Valve added a brand-new mechanic to CS:GO.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>It is called Short-Handed income. The mechanic only worked if a team had fewer players than their opponents for three or more consecutive rounds in a half, which then gave team members &#36;1,000 each as Short-Handed Loser income following a round loss.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn-cf.ginx.tv\/imgcdn\/ezsisYXzXrPNcxwXmTf5ss7pu-EYLgXOHX9_LifqXb0\/rs:fill:0:0:1\/g:ce\/aHR0cHM6Ly93d3cuZ2lueC50di91cGxvYWRzL2NzZ29fbmV3LmpwZz9fdD0xNTg1MzA0NzY5\" alt=\"CS:GO 4th February patch notes update valve short-handed income timeout changes\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" loading=\"lazy\"><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">(Picture: Valve)<\/span><\/p>\n<p>With the CS:GO 4th February update, Valve has changed this mechanic slightly, giving the Short-Handed income after every round, regardless of it being a win or a loss for the team with fewer players.<\/p>\n<p>This bonus still does not apply when a player is kicked.<\/p>\n<div class=\"cke_pagebreak\" style=\"page-break-after: always;\" title=\"Page Break\" contenteditable=\"false\" aria-label=\"Page Break\" data-cke-display-name=\"pagebreak\" data-cke-pagebreak=\"1\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<h2>Broken Fang Premier timeout changes<\/h2>\n<p>With the previous CS:GO update, Valve implemented automatic timeouts when someone disconnected.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>To accommodate for these automatic Technical Pauses, the developer has now changed the number of Tactical Timeouts, testing it out in the Broken Fang Premier queue.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn-cf.ginx.tv\/imgcdn\/JNbtkbbsF-o71V6QmF8suIEi2ETMKCCkGcfJGpwNk58\/rs:fill:0:0:1\/g:ce\/aHR0cHM6Ly93d3cuZ2lueC50di91cGxvYWRzL1Nocm91ZF9jc2dvLmpwZz9fdD0xNTg3NDQ3NTc4\" alt=\"CS:GO 4th February patch notes update valve short-handed income timeout changes\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" loading=\"lazy\"><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">(Picture: Valve)<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Tactical Timeouts in the latest CS:GO update are now limited to two, one-minute affairs.
