The 21-year-old Brit first joined YouTube phenomenon Hashtag in October 2017, making him one of their longest-standing players. Since joining, Ryan has seen varied levels of success, but highlights of his time under Hashtag include a 5-8th place at the FIFA eClub World Cup 2019 whilst representing Manchester City and the same placement at FUT Champions Cup 2018 in Barcelona.<\/span><\/p>

In his TwitLonger<\/a>, Ryan said:<\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

“After an amazing two years there, I have left Hashtag United by mutual consent. When discussing my contract both myself and the club felt that now could be the best time for me to take on a new challenge and I am grateful to the club for allowing me to do so.<\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

“In my time at Hashtag I’ve progressed not just as an esports competitor; but also as an individual, and Hashtag United have contributed massively to that. However, I believe this decision is ultimately best for myself as I look for a new chapter in my professional FIFA career.<\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

“I’ve made great friends through this team and grateful for all current\/previous teammates I’ve competed alongside, as well as all the opportunities that have come along with it. I respect everything Hashtag United have accomplished on both the football field and the virtual one; with the hopes that the success continues.<\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

“Thank you to everyone for the support over the past two years it was amazing – Onto another stage of this journey.<\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

“Moving into FIFA 20 I will be looking to join a new team. My DMs are open and my email is in my bio for any enquires.”<\/span><\/p>
