{"id":12525,"date":"2021-02-10T16:49:15","date_gmt":"2021-02-10T16:49:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ginx.tv\/valheim-0-143-5-patch-notes-ore-teleporting-exploit-removed-deathsquitos-nerf-more"},"modified":"2024-07-19T09:21:57","modified_gmt":"2024-07-19T09:21:57","slug":"valheim-0-143-5-patch-notes-ore-teleporting-exploit-removed-deathsquitos-nerf-more","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ginx.tv\/en\/valheim-0-143-5-patch-notes-ore-teleporting-exploit-removed-deathsquitos-nerf-more","title":{"rendered":"Valheim 0.143.5 patch notes: Ore teleporting exploit removed, deathsquitos nerf, more"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>With the 10th of February update, Valheim players won&#8217;t be able to exploit portals for Ore teleportation anymore.<\/p>\n<p>If you are playing Valheim, by now you probably know really well how tedious is to bring your precious ore to the desired location.<\/p>\n<p>The game features Portals mechanics, but the catch is that you can&#8217;t actually bring ore through them, which is a shame, because otherwise, they would be the perfect connection between your base and areas rich in materials.<\/p>\n<p>Nonetheless, some players have quickly figured a neat little exploit in order to bypass this restriction and actually use Portals for the ore transaction.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn-cf.ginx.tv\/imgcdn\/7BpUpXM1Ygqe5K4lCJpOSmjiWVmhQ9gZc6BIowqZ4AE\/rs:fill:0:0:1\/g:ce\/aHR0cHM6Ly93d3cuZ2lueC50di91cGxvYWRzL05ld0ZvbGRlcl8xL1ZhbGhlaW1fR3VpZGVfZm9yX0JlZ2lubmVycy9WYWxoZWltX1BvcnRhbC5qcGc\" alt=\"Valheim Portal ore teleporting\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" loading=\"lazy\"><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">You won&#8217;t be able to exploit Portals for Ore teleporting after today&#8217;s patch (Picture: Iron Gate)<\/span><\/p>\n<p>This was possible with a little bit of timing, by simply clicking on a cart or chest at the same time while you are passing through the portal. If you do it correctly, you will end up on the other side with your ore.<\/p>\n<p>Unfortunately, with today&#8217;s patch, this won&#8217;t be possible any more, as it seems that developers Iron Gate have fixed this exploit.
