You can get up to 50% more FPS by lowering the preset option from High\/Ultra to Mid or Low.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Motion Blur and Chromatic Aberration: <\/strong>Turning this two off will give you around 4% performance boost in total. Not much, but people generally find these effects annoying, and if they bother you as well, feel free to turn them off.<\/p>\n<p>If you disable <strong>SSAO<\/strong>, you will get up to 15% more FPS, but it will severely affect the visual quality, so the best option is to set it on Low.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Anti-Aliasing <\/strong>traditionally eats a lot of resources but it also affects the visual quality as well, so we advise you to keep it Medium or Low, but not to completely disable it.<\/p>\n<p>Disabling <strong>Player Self-Shadow<\/strong> and <strong>Dynamic Reflections&nbsp;<\/strong>can help you to achieve up to 8% more FPS, and these two aren&#8217;t that important for visual fidelity, so you can turn them off.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn-cf.ginx.tv\/imgcdn\/KxMQl0QSvqkQUeqQiSpU3j_I3wOVqmr7hVnGtFdgWNc\/rs:fill:0:0:1\/g:ce\/aHR0cHM6Ly93d3cuZ2lueC50di91cGxvYWRzL05ld0ZvbGRlcl8xL3JhZ2VfMl9oaWdoX2Zwc19iZXN0X3NldHRpbmdzLnBuZw\" alt=\"rage 2 high fps best settings boost\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" loading=\"lazy\"><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">(Picture: Bethesda)<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Other Shadow options are quite demanding, so if you don&#8217;t mind the quality of shadows in the game, we recommend you to disable <strong>Shadow Resolution<\/strong> and <strong>Shadowed Lights<\/strong>, it can help you to gain up to 15% more FPS.<\/p>\n<p>Other graphics setting in Rage 2 won&#8217;t drastically improve the game&#8217;s performance, so you can safely leave them enabled without worrying that they are worsening performance.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Read more:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ginx.tv\/en\/video-games\/the-elder-scrolls-6-release-2026-insider\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Elder Scrolls 6 release in 2026 or later according to insider<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>And that would be it.
