{"id":13132,"date":"2021-02-26T01:53:30","date_gmt":"2021-02-26T01:53:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ginx.tv\/pokemon-go-march-schedule-featured-pokemon-events-raids-and-more"},"modified":"2024-07-19T09:19:21","modified_gmt":"2024-07-19T09:19:21","slug":"pokemon-go-march-schedule-featured-pokemon-events-raids-and-more","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ginx.tv\/en\/pokemon-go-march-schedule-featured-pokemon-events-raids-and-more","title":{"rendered":"Pok\u00e9mon GO March schedule: Featured Pok\u00e9mon, events, raids, and more"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>During the last few days, Niantic has been announcing some of the events that will be present in the coming weeks on their mobile game, Pok&eacute;mon GO, after a month full of celebration and nostalgia.<\/p>\n<p>This time, we bring you all the details about everything that will take part in-game during the month of March, bringing with it the start of the Season of Legends.<\/p>\n<h3>Featured Pok&eacute;mon and Pok&eacute;mon Spotlight Hours<\/h3>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn-cf.ginx.tv\/imgcdn\/VbN7ObwUHPXwhiQoqnVm8_le5o7rx_1tPv2-1CXi3JA\/rs:fill:0:0:1\/g:ce\/aHR0cHM6Ly93d3cuZ2lueC50di91cGxvYWRzL01hcmNoXzIucG5n\" alt=\"Pokemon Go March 2021 featured pokemon\" width=\"1024\" height=\"512\" loading=\"lazy\"><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">(Picture: Niantic \/ The Pok&eacute;mon Company)<\/span><\/p>\n<p>To start, Gible will be appearing within the research achievements throughout the month of March, plus each week different Pok&eacute;mon from various regions will be appearing more frequently in the wild thanks to the Pok&eacute;mon Spotlight Hours, these being:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Krabby:<\/strong> On 2nd March, and players will earn twice the Candy for transferring Pok&eacute;mon.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Drowzee:<\/strong> On 9th March, and players will earn twice the XP for evolving Pok&eacute;mon.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Voltorb: <\/strong>On 16th March, and players will earn twice the Stardust for catching Pok&eacute;mon.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Surskit:<\/strong> On 23rd March, and players will earn twice the XP for catching Pok&eacute;mon.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Slugma:<\/strong> On 30th March, and players will earn twice the Candy for catching Pok&eacute;mon.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All the featured Pok&eacute;mon will appear only each from 6 pm to 7 pm, local time.<\/p>\n<h3>Weekly Legendary Raids and Raid Hours<\/h3>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn-cf.ginx.tv\/imgcdn\/N-3rJgp360tPUEQnpdgF75Waqosai-i1N_MZJjKjZCU\/rs:fill:0:0:1\/g:ce\/aHR0cHM6Ly93d3cuZ2lueC50di91cGxvYWRzL01hcmNoXzMucG5n\" alt=\"Pokemon Go March 2021 \" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" loading=\"lazy\"><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">(Picture: Niantic \/ The Pok&eacute;mon Company)<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Certain Legendary Pok&eacute;mon will be appearing in five-star raids for a limited time, the well known Cloud Trio from the Unova region:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Incarnate Forme Landorus will be appearing in five-star raids from 1st March, at 8 am to 6th March, at 8 am local time.<\/li>\n<li>Incarnate Forme Tornadus will be appearing in five-star raids from 6th March, at 8 am to 11th March, at 8 am local time.<\/li>\n<li>Incarnate Forme Thundurus will be appearing in five-star raids from 11th March, at 8 am to 16th March, at 10 am local time.<\/li>\n<li>Therian Forme Thundurus will be appearing in five-star raids from 21st March, at 10 am to 30th March, at 10 am local time.<\/li>\n<li>Therian Forme Tornadus will be appearing in five-star raids starting 30th March, at 10 am local time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In addition, all the Incarnate Forme raids will bring a chance to get any of them as Shiny Pok&eacute;mon.<\/p>\n<p>Also, there will be a number of featured Mega Raids during the whole month:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mega Blastoise, Mega Pidgeot, and Mega Ampharos will be featured in Mega Raids from 1st March, at 8 am to 16th March, at 10 am local time.<\/li>\n<li>Mega Houndoom, Mega Abomasnow, and a surprise Mega-Evolved Pok&eacute;mon will be appearing in Mega Raids starting 16th March, at 10 am local time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Along with this, every Wednesday in March will feature a Raid Hour event from at 6 pm to 7 pm local time. Raid Hours will feature the Pok&eacute;mon appearing in five-star raids that week.<\/p>\n<p>A bonus Raid Hour will be taking place on 15th March, from 6 pm to 7 pm local time. This will be starting on 28th February, at 12 am local time.<\/p>\n<p>Players can also join for this month&rsquo;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ginx.tv\/en\/pokemon\/pokemon-go-march-community-day-dates-details-and-more\">Community Day<\/a> featuring Fletchling, on 6th March, from 11 am to 5 pm local time.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn-cf.ginx.tv\/imgcdn\/nmzZ3J1KHIiyOLO0xZXKmuu1vJTDdflX25jJ1B3uoys\/rs:fill:0:0:1\/g:ce\/aHR0cHM6Ly93d3cuZ2lueC50di91cGxvYWRzL01hcmNoXzUucG5n\" alt=\"Pokemon GO March dates\" width=\"1024\" height=\"536\" loading=\"lazy\"><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">(Picture: Niantic \/ The Pok&eacute;mon Company)<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Niantic has also announced the following events, with more information to be shared in the next few days:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Searching for Legends: From 9-14th March, begin your journey to search for Legendary Pok&eacute;mon with the help of the Compass Pok&eacute;mon, Nosepass.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Incense Day:<\/strong> Psychic-Type and Steel-Type: On 14th March, more Psychic-type and Steel-type Pok&eacute;mon will be attracted to Incense, including Beldum.<\/li>\n<li><strong>**Charge Up!**: <\/strong>From 16-22nd March, get amped for an event where Electric-type Pok&eacute;mon will make their Pok&eacute;mon GO debut.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Weather Week:<\/strong> From 24-29th March, experience a whirlwind of weather-themed Pok&eacute;mon appearing in the wild and new avatar items, all to celebrate the Therian Formes of Tornadus, Thundurus, and Landorus coming to Pok&eacute;mon GO.<\/li>\n<li>A Special Raid Weekend event featuring Legendary Pok&eacute;mon will take place on 27th March, through 28th March.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Weekly bundles and bonuses<\/h3>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn-cf.ginx.tv\/imgcdn\/r_VB5lYphPv_OZL6oHvPMsPj4XhTZw8UaZO2QvkuOAg\/rs:fill:0:0:1\/g:ce\/aHR0cHM6Ly93d3cuZ2lueC50di91cGxvYWRzL01hcmNoXzYucG5n\" alt=\"Pokemon GO Community\" width=\"1024\" height=\"512\" loading=\"lazy\"><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">(Picture: Niantic \/ The Pok&eacute;mon Company)<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Every Monday in March, a free one-time bundle containing 10 Ultra Balls, 10 Razz Berries, and a Remote Raid Pass will be available in the shop.<\/p>\n<p>These bonuses will be active on the listed days at 6 pm local time:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>4th March: <\/strong>GO Rocket Hour &mdash; Team GO Rocket Balloons will be appearing more frequently.<\/li>\n<li><strong>11th March: <\/strong>Mega Bonus Hour: Candy &mdash; You&rsquo;ll earn more Candy when you catch Pok&eacute;mon that share a type with your active Mega-Evolved Pok&eacute;mon.<\/li>\n<li><strong>18th March: <\/strong>Mega Raid Hour &mdash; Mega Raids will be happening more frequently.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Finally, the following quality-of-life updates have been announced too:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Trading Pok&eacute;mon will have a chance of rewarding a Candy XL for the Pok&eacute;mon you&rsquo;ve traded.
