3<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" style=\"list-style-type: disc;\" aria-level=\"1\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Maximum Life as Sunfire Cape burn damage over 10 seconds: 25% &rArr; 20%<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" style=\"list-style-type: disc;\" aria-level=\"1\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Sunfire Cape now applies its burn effects every 2 seconds instead of 2.5.
