The drawn-out saga between Dennis “cloakzy” Lepore and FaZe Clan has finally come to a conclusion on 9th March 2021, as both sides came to an agreement to part ways.<\/p>\n

The argument between the two sides started more than two years ago when Cloakzy was set to leave FaZe Clan, following the equally thorny departure of his teammate Turner “Tfue” Tenney.<\/p>\n

It looked then that everything will quickly come to an end, with seemingly mutual agreement, but little did fans know that this feud over contract disagreements will continue for another two years.<\/p>\n

At the time, Cloakzy revealed that he has been trying to be released from the contract even before the drama between Tfue and FaZe Clan, as he was unhappy with the conditions of his contract, for which he said was the exact same contract as Tfue had with FaZe Clan.<\/p>\n

In May last year, the young streamer described his deal with FaZe Clan as “a really bad contract” and complained that “they’re not letting me leave”.<\/p>\n

This unfortunate and drag-out conflict, which undoubtedly damaged both sides, is finally coming to an end this March, as Lepore revealed that he is officially no longer a part of the organisation.<\/p>\n

“I want to apologize for everything negative I’ve said about FaZe Clan as we worked through my contract,” Cloakzy tweeted out. “I am grateful for everything they’ve done for me, and am happy we have come to an agreement to part ways. I wish nothing but the best for everyone over at FaZe.”<\/p>\n

The question if these words are sincere or just a part of the agreement is something fans will surely speculate about, especially because his original tweet was written with quotation marks, which gave people enough to think that he was either just copying the statement given to him or was being sarcastic.<\/p>\n
