When I joined Optic, the plan was to build a strong team and buy out strong players, but because of optic getting sold, that changed and we have constantly been in a position where we couldn&rsquo;t build a proper team. 1\/2<\/p>\n<p>&mdash; Mathias Lauridsen (@MSLcsgo) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/MSLcsgo\/status\/1182678535359606784?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">October 11, 2019<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><script async=\"\" charset=\"utf-8\" src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\"><\/script>\n<\/div>\n<p>Mathias &#8220;MSL&#8221; Lauridsen has benched himself from the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ginx.tv\/en\/cs-go\" target=\"_blank\">CS:GO<\/a> team playing under the OpTic name, citing the inability to build a team as the reason for his decision.<\/p>\n<p>The OpTic Gaming lineup was put into contract limbo following <a href=\"https:\/\/www.polygon.com\/2019\/6\/12\/18663066\/immortals-gaming-buys-infinite-esports-optic-gaming-houston-outlaws-la-valiant-overwatch-league\" target=\"_blank\">the sale of Infinite Esports to Immortals Gaming Club<\/a> who already owned the MIBR CS:GO team. Rules from Valve state no organisation can have interests or ownership of more than one team and OpTic was put on the market. No one has expressed serious interest in the Danish roster despite the team holding an ESL Pro League spot and earned a spot at DreamHack Masters Malmo with their first LAN victory at DreamHack Open Summer earlier this year.<\/p>\n<p>MSL went on to state that he was open to offers from both Europe and North America and that he was &#8216;no hurry&#8217; to join another roster so will wait for the right offer.<\/p>\n<div data-oembed-url=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/MSLcsgo\/status\/1182678590254661643\">\n<blockquote align=\"center\" class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">Im open for all offers both NA &amp; EU. My DMs are open. I believe that structure, reflection and hard work is what will bring u to the top and I bring all those. I expect the same from the next team I will play for.
