The developers at People Can Fly experienced days worth of server issues, numerous game-breaking bug reports and even micro-stuttering on PC no matter what hardware the user has in place.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>However, the world of Outriders is beginning to heal. People Can Fly and Square Enix have announced a brand new patch set to go live later next week along with some much-needed balancing changes. The turnaround on this patch is terrific to see and bodes well for future updates.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Although, it appears the Outriders developers want to do more for the community than just fix the game that wasn&rsquo;t supposed to be broken at launch. According to a new <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reddit.com\/r\/outriders\/comments\/mmrf7d\/outriders_post_launch_dev_news_updates\/gtt25mw\/?utm_source=reddit&amp;utm_medium=web2x&amp;context=3\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Reddit post<\/a>, any Outriders player who loaded up the game at launch will receive some free gear.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Earning a free Legendary weapon and more in Outriders<\/h2>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn-cf.ginx.tv\/imgcdn\/AgcNy6ahb44aJiFLjrf0K_XCuMO7zLavbabC8NWiCMI\/rs:fill:0:0:1\/g:ce\/aHR0cHM6Ly93d3cuZ2lueC50di91cGxvYWRzL291dHJpZGVyc19mcmVlXzIucG5n\" alt=\"Outriders free legendary weapon emote \" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" loading=\"lazy\"><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">One of the Legendary weapons in Outriders. (Picture: Square Enix)<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The specifics of the Reddit post state that &ldquo;launch window players&rdquo; will receive the free gear sometime next week. For any player wondering if they meet the requirement to be a launch window player, the developers stated that anyone who played from 31st March to 11th April is eligible. Players who also experienced the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ginx.tv\/en\/outriders\/outriders-bug-apparently-wipes-away-players-entire-inventory?display=amp\">inventory-wipe bug<\/a> will also be eligible for the free gear.<\/p>\n<p>In regards to the specific free gear players will earn, the developers outlined what it will entail.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A level appropriate <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ginx.tv\/en\/outriders\/every-legendary-weapon-in-outriders\">Legendary Weapon<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>A level appropriate amount of Titanium.<\/li>\n<li>The emote &#8220;Frustration&#8221;, which is otherwise unobtainable at this moment in time. The irony here was not intentional but is fitting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These items will be acquired on Outriders players&rsquo; highest-level character. The gear earned will also be an &ldquo;appropriate amount,&rdquo; meaning that level 10 players won&rsquo;t receive a level 30 weapon.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This is certainly a nice gesture by the development team, who clearly want Outriders to succeed after five years of work.
