This is not unique to EA, with other publishers such as Ubisoft launching similar services for their own game collections in recent months.<\/p>\n<p>Players often criticise the need for multiple platforms to launch all of their favourite games.<\/p>\n<p>The Epic Games Launcher is required for the hugely popular battle royale Fortnite as well as other titles purchased from the Epic Games Store while Origin was previously the only way to play games from EA.<\/p>\n<p>Steam does not just host Valve titles and is the biggest storefront and launcher for video games.
