Among the games from the Pokémon<\/a> franchise, it’s not very common to see voice actors involved in the making of the game as it mostly depends on text-based conversations to progress through the story. But for the recent releases on Nintendo Switch, most of the titles have featured dubbing that gives it more identity and even more life to some of the most anticipated games since their initial announcements, like Breath of the Wild and most recently, New Pokémon Snap<\/a>.<\/p>\n

So this time we will give some recognition to those who have given their voice to the characters of the sequel of the 1999 game, that even if they are just a few, they upped the experience of a new adventure in the Lental region to a whole new level.<\/p>\n

Ben Lepley – Professor Mirror<\/h2>\n

Lepley’s work for Nintendo has led him to voice multiple characters within the Fire Emblem saga, as well as having animation jobs dating back to 2014, with works like One Punch Man’s Amai Mask on his resume.<\/p>\n

Within the Pokémon franchise, he is recognized for being the voice of Professor Sycamore in the mobile game Pokémon Masters.<\/p>\n

Anairis Quinones – Rita<\/h2>\n

She has quite a long history within the anime industry, being the voice of Echidna in the Re:ZERO series, Mirko from My Hero Academia, and most recently she was in charge of bringing Nessa to life in the Pokémon mini-series, Twilight Wings.<\/p>\n

Additionally, she was in charge of voicing Med Tech Aprodite and Pirate Admiral Chang’e in the third-person MOBA, SMITE, and as well as having supporting roles in the Goblin Slayer movie and Attack on Titan.<\/p>\n

Griffin Burns – Todd Snap<\/h2>\n

One of the most recognized voice actors both for his work in animation and video games, he is the official voice of Shinichi Kudo, the protagonist of the famous Japanese series Detective Conan, in addition to being the voice of Tartaglia \/ Childe in the world-renowned ARPG Genshin Impact<\/a>.<\/p>\n

His successful track record doesn’t end here, as he has voiced Akira Fudo \/ Devilman from Devilman Crybaby, Ryota Suzui, one of the leads of the Netflix original series Kakegurui, and Colt Grice in the final season of Attack on Titan.<\/p>\n

Erica Mendez – Phil<\/h2>\n

Finally, Erica Mendez is one of the most important actresses in the dubbing medium, having in her history a large number of iconic characters such as Sailor Uranus \/ Haruka Tenoh from the Sailor Moon series, Ryuko Matoi from Kill la Kill, and Megumin from Konosuba.<\/p>\n

Her work in video games has led her to work for various multi-platform releases, giving life to Annie in the fighting game Skullgirls<\/a>, Satsuki in Street Fighter V<\/a>, in addition to having worked on recent releases of Fire Emblem, Pokémon, Danganronpa and Hyperdimension Neptunia.<\/p>\n

With this, it’s needless to say most of the players around the Pokémon community have been delighted to know the voice of many well-known characters from different media are now part of the Pokémon family, hoping that future instalments like Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl<\/a>, and even Pokémon Legends: Arceus<\/a> will feature more of this extraordinary voices.<\/p>\n
