The Rumble Stage of the 2021 Mid-Season Invitational<\/a> continues its course, now that the second day of competition is over and only one team remains at the top of the standings, with the LPL champions and their incredible winning streak.<\/p>\n

After their perfect passage through the Group Stage where they finished both Unicorns of Love and Pentanet.GG in a quadruple round-robin, the RNG squad has maintained a performance worthy of a championship in which they have already managed to pass over the current world champions, DWG KIA.<\/p>\n

Today they faced the current MSI champion region with the MAD Lions representing the LEC in a game that gave much to talk about since both teams showed their thirst for blood and conquest by defending themselves from tainting their records with a loss.<\/p>\n

In this intense and even game from the get-go, MAD’s Armut was able to bring out his well-known Wukong, which kept the European team in good shape for the middle game thanks to a triple kill that made RNG jumpy and hesitant.<\/p>\n

However, many exchanges and bad plays on the part of the Spaniards would end up throwing away the advantage, since being the style of the Chinese squad, they did not miss a single opportunity to take away the gold difference, a Baron Nashor and, ultimately, the game.<\/p>\n

This result, combined with a victory earlier in the day against LCO’s Pentanet.GG, the LPL representative increase their winning streak to 12 straight victories within the international tournament, and with momentum through the roof in search of their second MSI title, it seems like no one will be able to stop China’s juggernauts.<\/p>\n
