Early on in Subnautica: Below Zero’s<\/a> life cycle, some players are being stumped when trying to progress the story. The main reason for this is they can’t seem to find the blueprints for the Parallel Post Processing Unit so they can craft the Test Override Module. <\/p>\n

The module is used to deactivate the signal tower on Delta, or Rocket Island. Players can’t progress the story without doing this, which means they’d be stuck wandering the oceans of Planet 4546B forever. <\/p>\n

To escape this, players need to craft the Parallel Post Processing Unit, which has proved difficult for some. Luckily, we know exactly how to find the fragments for this piece of technology. <\/p>\n

Finding the Parallel Post Processing Unit fragments in Subnautica: Below Zero<\/h2>\n

To find the blueprints for the Parallel Post Processing Unit, you need to first find the Mercury II shipwreck. This wreck is in three pieces near the Purple Vents, Lilypad Islands, and Tree Spires. You can see exactly where these biomes are in our previous article outlining the map of the world. <\/p>\n

The largest piece of the wreck is on a slope near all three of these biomes and the smallest is at the far end of Purple Vents hanging off of a crevasse. You might need to visit all three wrecks in order to unlock the blueprint for Parallel Post Processing Unit. You’ll need a laser cutter in order to do so.
