At one point in time, Issa “Issa” Rahim was considered one of the best controller Fortnite players in the world, he was one of the few that proved they could mix it with the best on mouse and keyboard and he was one of 100 that qualified for 2019’s Fortnite World Cup.<\/p>\n

But a persistent hand injury – the result of a freak accident involving a fire engine – forced the pro to finally hang up his controller in November<\/a> of last year having prior taken long periods out from the game.<\/p>\n

Even content creation was out of the question and Issa’s appearances have been restricted to a few sporadic Twitch streams with little to note for the first six months of this year.<\/p>\n

Issa returns to Fortnite<\/h2>\n

It looks like that is set to change though, with Issa teasing a return to Fortnite – in some capacity – next month.<\/p>\n

In a tweet, Issa said: “Had these issues since the beginning and it’s so draining to constantly think about what could’ve been if I was able to play every day,” <\/p>\n
