Here&#8217;s what we know so far, from gameplay details to when we can expect to see a release date announcement.<\/p>\n<h2>Rainbow Six Extraction &#8211; Gameplay details<\/h2>\n<p>In Rainbow Six Extraction, players will explore a futuristic world where aliens have attacked mankind. Players will be rewarded with various materials and loots as they secure the objectives or gather intel.<\/p>\n<p>Just like Rainbow Six Siege, there will be various operator classes with Speed and Armour ratings along with the special abilities that have been there in the Siege.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn-cf.ginx.tv\/imgcdn\/q2ZXppKKQ5_qEEGMH-0mUFmNBBSqSxLagwYAuYYPykA\/rs:fill:0:0:1\/g:ce\/aHR0cHM6Ly93d3cuZ2lueC50di91cGxvYWRzMi9SNl9leHRyYWN0aW9uL1I2RXh0cmFjdGlvbmluc2lkZV8xLmpwZw\" alt=\"Rainbow Six Extraction gameplay\" width=\"960\" height=\"540\" loading=\"lazy\"><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">(Picture: Ubisoft)<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Although the game is a PvE, it is not exactly a shooter-looter. However, it resembles many similarities with Rainbow Six Siege in terms of shooting mechanics such as reinforcing walls or slowing down incoming enemies.<\/p>\n<p>Patrik Meth&eacute;, the Creative Director of the game, mentioned, &#8220;We took the strong foundations of Rainbow Six: Siege and crafted a modern tactical co-op shooter where you&rsquo;ll be facing an ever-evolving alien threat.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn-cf.ginx.tv\/imgcdn\/6xo5UbwfkvayhyPsmbY8sMJyCRSGJ5Ewy-WLt10XXIE\/rs:fill:0:0:1\/g:ce\/aHR0cHM6Ly93d3cuZ2lueC50di91cGxvYWRzMi9SNl9leHRyYWN0aW9uL1I2RXh0cmFjdGlvbmluc2lkZV8yLmpwZw\" alt=\"Rainbow Six Extraction gameplay\" width=\"1024\" height=\"573\" loading=\"lazy\"><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">(Picture: Ubisoft)<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;You&rsquo;ll have plenty of different challenges to overcome but you&rsquo;ll also have one goal in mind: making sure that nobody gets left behind.
