{"id":17785,"date":"2021-06-09T16:57:02","date_gmt":"2021-06-09T16:57:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ginx.tv\/warzone-to-get-ww2-pacific-map-with-call-of-duty-vanguard-release-reports-claim"},"modified":"2024-07-19T11:41:23","modified_gmt":"2024-07-19T11:41:23","slug":"warzone-to-get-ww2-pacific-map-with-call-of-duty-vanguard-release-reports-claim","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ginx.tv\/en\/call-of-duty\/warzone-to-get-ww2-pacific-map-with-call-of-duty-vanguard-release-reports-claim","title":{"rendered":"Warzone to get WW2 Pacific map with Call of Duty: Vanguard release, reports claim"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Call of Duty: Vanguard, the Call of Duty 2021 game developed by Sledgehammer Games, will not be revealed during E3 2021.<\/p>\n<p>Activision will reveal the game later this summer, in a similar fashion like Black Ops Cold War has been revealed, via an in-game event in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ginx.tv\/en\/call-of-duty\/cod-2021-vanguard-reveal-set-for-warzone-season-4-live-event-leak-reveals\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Warzone Season 4<\/a>, information previously datamined by a dataminer known as Zesty.<\/p>\n<p>According to a report by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.videogameschronicle.com\/news\/call-of-duty-vanguard-is-skipping-e3-as-warzone-prepares-for-world-war-ii\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">VGC<\/a>, their sources claim that along with the release of Call of Duty: Vanguard in November this year, there will be a significant amount of new content added to the battle royale, with a goal to transition the game to a World War II setting.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Read more: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ginx.tv\/en\/call-of-duty\/warzone-ural-mountains-map-gameplay-leaks-possibly-blackout-2-0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Warzone Ural Mountains map gameplay leaks, possibly Blackout 2.0?<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>And the most important part of those plans is an entirely new Warzone map, &#8220;the series&#8217; largest and most ambitious to date&#8221;, and it will be released alongside Call of Duty: Vanguard, instead of being added at a later date, as was the case with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ginx.tv\/en\/call-of-duty\/call-of-duty-warzone-map-rebirth-island-confirmed-black-ops-cold-war-season-1-trailer\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Rebirth Island<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn-cf.ginx.tv\/imgcdn\/lEixM7Q86sexocyiuHoZpRHe5z4eWr93YuHA6XPxX9c\/rs:fill:0:0:1\/g:ce\/aHR0cHM6Ly93d3cuZ2lueC50di91cGxvYWRzMi9XYXJ6b25lL2NhbGxfb2ZfZHV0eV93dzJfcGFjaWZpYy5qcGc\" alt=\"Call of Duty Warzone vanguard Pacific map\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" loading=\"lazy\"><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">(Picture: Activision)<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The report says the new map will be &#8220;significantly larger&#8221; than Warzone&rsquo;s current main map, Verdansk, and it will be set in the Pacific front of World War II.<\/p>\n<p>There will be a slew of new vehicles added to the game, which is needed due to the sheer size of the new Pacific map.
