Despite being the dominant force in Rainbow Six Siege esports for years, G2 have suffered a noticeable dip in performance over the past year – failing to defend their Six Major title in Raleigh and not qualifying for their second Pro League Finals in a row.  <\/p>\n

In a possible bid to turnaround their fortunes, the team have announced the departure of support player Goga, which has been described as a “team decision”. <\/p>\n

Posting on Twitter, Goga wrote: “So yeah, it’s official, I’m not part of G2 anymore… Not much to say, it was a team decision, but no hard feelings toward my ex-teammates! <\/p>\n

“I really loved all these years together but things always come to an end! This said, more news coming soon.” <\/p>\n
