OG has become a dominant force in Dota 2<\/a> over the past few years, winning back-to-back The International tournaments and earning the biggest prize in esports history.  <\/p>\n

They’re now branching their reach further with a second Dota 2 team, OG Seed<\/a>, who will be coached by main OG player and Dota 2 superstar Johan “N0tail” Sundstein.  <\/p>\n

But what do you need to know about the new roster?Here’s a rundown of everyone’s past credentials on the Dota 2 scene.  <\/p>\n

Omar “Madara<\/a>” Dabachach <\/h3>\n

Role:<\/strong> Carry <\/p>\n

Nationality:<\/strong> UK <\/p>\n

Madara first entered the Dota 2 scene with greek team XtremeXPC International, before joining London Conspiracy in November 2014. They went onto qualify for their first big event StarLadder StarSeries XII and competed in the LAN finals in April 2015.  <\/p>\n

He departed London Conspiracy to form Golden Boys, only to join No Logic Gaming shortly afterwards due to poor results. With close friend and NLG teammate Giorgios “SsaSpartan” Giannakopoulos, Madara joined greek team Ad Finem, competing in major tournaments within the scene.  <\/p>\n

Rasmus “Chessie<\/a>” Blomdin <\/h3>\n

Age<\/strong>: 26 <\/p>\n

Role:<\/strong> Mid laner  <\/p>\n

Nationality:<\/strong> Sweden <\/p>\n

Chessie originally started as a professional Heroes Of Newerth player before switching to Dota 2. His reputation as one of the best Heroes Of Newerth players carried high expectations for his transition to Dota, and after trying out for a number of top teams, joined Alliance as a permanent standin to compete in Star Ladder Star Series Season 10 and other events.  <\/p>\n

In August 2015, Chessie became a substitute for Ninjas in Pyjamas and transferred later that year to compLexity Gaming with teammates Handsken and Limmp (who is also his brother). Since then, he’s joined team Godsent, where he played alongside now OG Seeds teammate Xibbe.  <\/p>\n

Andreas “Xibbe<\/a>” Ragnemalm <\/h3>\n

Age:<\/strong> 25 <\/p>\n

Role:<\/strong> Offlaner <\/p>\n

Nationality: <\/strong>Sweden <\/p>\n

Coming from Godsent alongside Chessie is Xibbe, who was the captain of the team. In October this year, Godsent qualfiied for the IeSF World Championship after winning over NIHL Players. His signature heroes are Brewmaster and Doom.  <\/p>\n

Zakari “Zfreek<\/a>” Freedman <\/h3>\n

Age:<\/strong> 25 <\/p>\n

Role: <\/strong>Soft support <\/p>\n

Nationality:<\/strong> USA <\/p>\n

Zfreek moved from Heroes Of Newerth to Dota 2 in 2014, and joined compLexity Gaming later in the same year. The team attended their first TI in 2015, where they reached 9-12th place. Zfreek had played alongside his brother Kyle “swindlemelonzz” Freedman consistently throughout his career until early 2018, when his brother was removed from the team following disappointing results.  <\/p>\n

He continued without his brother in compLexity Gaming for another year before the team was dropped altogether, after they failed to qualify for TI 2019.  <\/p>\n

Peetu-Elmeri “Peksu<\/a>” Vaatainen  <\/h3>\n

Age:<\/strong> 23 <\/p>\n

Role: <\/strong>Hard Support <\/p>\n

Nationality:<\/strong> Finland <\/p>\n

Peksu has built his Dota 2 career as the captain of Danish side Team Singularity, who finished as runner-up at Qi Invitational Europe 2019 and the GGBET Championship. His signature heroes are Ancient Apparition and Bane.  <\/p>\n

Before Team Singularity, he played for numerous teams including Vega Squadron, Aachen City Esports and starting out in 2017 with SFTe-sports. <\/p>\n
