As with previous mid-season updates, we expect a whole lot from the Warzone Season 4 Reloaded update. While many of the details are still blurry at the time of writing, we have quite a few ideas of what you can expect. Here&#8217;s what we know so far about the Warzone Season 4 Reloaded update, from the expected release date to new weapons, a new game mode, and weapon balance changes.<\/p>\n<h2>Warzone Season 4 Reloaded &#8211; Release date &amp; time<\/h2>\n<p>With <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ginx.tv\/en\/call-of-duty\/warzone-season-5-release-date-leaks-battle-pass-and-more\">Warzone Season 5<\/a> expected to release on 9th August 2021, and Season 4 released on 17th June, we have an expected Warzone Season 4 Reloaded release date in mind.<\/p>\n<p>Taking the Battle Pass timer into consideration, the most likely release date for the Warzone Season 4 Reloaded update is 14th or 15th July 2021.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"img-figure\" contenteditable=\"false\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 100%;\" contenteditable=\"false\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn-cf.ginx.tv\/imgcdn\/IxTn6JYmPXJCPxyFL5PiiCFxxNhob0dS7TWbC9wP_Dw\/rs:fill:0:0:1\/g:ce\/aHR0cHM6Ly93d3cuZ2lueC50di91cGxvYWRzMi9XYXJ6b25lLzFhX1M0X1JlbG9hZGVkX21haW4vV2Fyem9uZVNlYXNvbjRSZWxvYWRlZHJvYWRtYXAuanBnP190PTE2MjU3NDIyMjQ\" alt=\"Warzone Season 4 reloaded update release date payload game mode new weapons balance changes\" width=\"1024\" height=\"543\" loading=\"lazy\"><figcaption contenteditable=\"false\">(Picture: Activision)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Taking the release time of the previous season&#8217;s Reloaded update into consideration, we can expect the Warzone Season 4 Reloaded update to release during these times, depending on your region.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>14th July at 9 pm PT<\/li>\n<li>15th June at 12 am ET (midnight between 14th and 15th July)<\/li>\n<li>15th July at 5 am BST (UK)<\/li>\n<li>15th July at 6 am CEST (Europe)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Keep in mind that this is just the expected release date and time for the Warzone Season 4 Reloaded update, and Activision is yet to make an official confirmation.<\/p>\n<h2>Payload game mode in Warzone<\/h2>\n<p>Thanks to the content roadmap image you can view in the section above, we know Warzone will get a new game mode, called Payload.<\/p>\n<p>The roadmap shows the new Payload game mode coming to Warzone as &#8220;in-season&#8221;, and what better update to release a new game mode with than Season 4 Reloaded?<\/p>\n<figure class=\"img-figure\" contenteditable=\"false\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 100%;\" contenteditable=\"false\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn-cf.ginx.tv\/imgcdn\/Bidx2krt4VhjMTwmoQASdSWqspGzBRT_X0DSAVPAg10\/rs:fill:0:0:1\/g:ce\/aHR0cHM6Ly93d3cuZ2lueC50di91cGxvYWRzMi9XYXJ6b25lLzFhX1M0X1JlbG9hZGVkX21haW4vV2Fyem9uZVNlYXNvbjRyZWxvYWRlZHBheWxvYWQuanBnP190PTE2MjU3NDAxMDc\" alt=\"Warzone Season 4 reloaded release date update patch notes balance changes new game mode weapons OTs 9 mace\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" loading=\"lazy\"><figcaption contenteditable=\"false\">(Picture: Activision)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>We don&#8217;t know much about the Payload game mode in Warzone just yet. What we do know is that there will be two teams of 40 players. One team will have to escort a convoy of vehicles, while the other will have to sabotage them.<\/p>\n<p>Players will be able to build barriers, while the other team will have to destroy them to reach the next checkpoint.<\/p>\n<h2>New Warzone Season 4 Reloaded weapons &#8211; OTs 9 &amp; Mace<\/h2>\n<p>Two new weapons are expected to release with the Warzone Season 4 Reloaded update. First up, there&#8217;s a new SMG that could really shake up our tier list for the weapon category.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Read more: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ginx.tv\/en\/call-of-duty\/warzone-smg-tier-list-every-sub-machine-gun-ranked-from-best-to-worst-for-season-4\">Warzone SMG tier list &#8211; Every sub-machine gun ranked from best to worst for Season 4<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It is called the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ginx.tv\/en\/call-of-duty\/how-to-unlock-the-ots-9-in-warzone-season-4\">OTs 9<\/a>, which has &#8220;great stopping power and a phenomenal rate of fire&#8221;. However, we do expect another round of nerfs to the FARA 83 as it still sits at a pick ratio of 17% <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wzranked.com\/loadouts\/primary\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">according to WZRanked<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Further, the kar98k Marksman Rifle might get some nerfs judging by the current meta.
