Following the release of Team Griffin head coach Kim “cvMax” Dae-Ho over physical and verbal abuse from the coach, as well as “unfair contracts” that were given to players from the organization, Riot Games is considering handing down a harsher penalty.<\/p>\n

After suspending Griffin coach cvMax and fining the team $100,000 for their role in numerous allegations from former players, Riot Games is now considering removing the team from competing in LCK in 2020 entirely, following the conclusion of the developers’ second investigation into the Korean League of Legends<\/a> matter.<\/p>\n

Riot Korea announced $85,000 in penalties for Griffin for their handling of substitute jungler Kanavi and banned former coach Kim Dae-ho and former director Cho Gyu-nam from the #LCK<\/a> indefinitely following an investigation of the team. https:\/\/t.co\/WtZGdqyQIU<\/a><\/p>\n
