A very important aspect of any video game is its beta testing, where players can experiment with many of the new features coming into the game in the near future and devs can see what works and what isn’t working. Genshin Impact’s beta has become a highly sought-after feature from the Genshin community and obviously, the leakers.<\/p>\n

However, entering its beta servers can be quite difficult, as the game’s success puts many obstacles and a long waiting list to try to enter this select group of testers, so here we will show you how you can join the Genshin Impact beta program.<\/p>\n

Joining the Genshin Impact’s beta program<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Prior to the global release of Genshin Impact, its beta registration process was always linked to the game’s website. As the title gained mainstream attention, this process was moved to Genshin Impact’s official Discord server.<\/p>\n

So, to begin, you will have to join the official Discord server. This is free to join, and it’s also where miHoYo shares a good bit of its future content and events. Follow this invitation link<\/a> to enter the Genshin Impact’s Discord server.<\/p>\n

But there is a catch, as the server is often to the max capacity according to Discord’s regulations (sitting at 800,000 members at the moment), so you will have to wait until a spot is free to get access to it. This can vary from time to time, just keep trying until you can make your way into the server.<\/p>\n

Once you get in, a few days after the announcement of a major update, miHoYo will open the beta applications. Here, you will have to fill out a special form with the ID of your HoYoLAB account and your Discord username. In case you don’t have a HoYoLAB account, you can create one through the game’s official forums website<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Sometimes, the form will state that it’s no longer accepting applications, but it has closed and opened before, so keep trying. The chances of getting into a Genshin Impact beta are pretty slim, as thousands of players tend to register to enter the beta.<\/p>\n

If you are lucky enough, you will be asked to sign a non-disclosure agreement, or NDA, to prevent you from talking about or sharing anything seen during the beta, so you better be careful about what you share, or you could lose access to it permanently.<\/p>\n
