This has been a very enjoyable learning experience for us as we got to really drill down the Madden 22 Ultimate Team catalogue and look beyond the popular names and popular teams.

We found pleasant surprises along the way and we were also able to break down the most important attributes for each position, putting us in a great place to build an amazing team.

So you already know the drill, so let’s take a trip together for one last budgeted lineup for Madden Ultimate Team this time setting our all-time high budget of 250,000 MUT coins.

Build the best team possible for under 250,000 MUT coins

We know that 250K sounds like a lot, especially because you can´t buy MUT coins only Madden points, but trust us if you grind out the solo challenges and the other game modes you can save that kind of “money”.

For the last time, our rule here is to find everything on the auction house to give everyone a chance to get these players, although the price may vary depending on the hardware you use to play the game.

So, without further ado, let’s take a look at the 250K squad:

Offence

"Madden
The epitome of speed at the quarterback position joins a very explosive and loaded offence. (Picture: EA Sports)

QB Elite 83 OVR Lamar Jackson – 21,500 MUT coins

If I’m being honest, if I was an NFL general manager there are probably around10-12 quarterbacks I’d choose over Lamar, but the Madden world gives this man the edge due to his 85+ speed, acceleration and agility attributes.

HB Elite 83 OVR Josh Jacobs – 17,000 MUT coins

The formula for a great three-down HB is a combination of size and speed and Jacbos definitely possess that. The Raiders´ running back can wreck his way between the tackles, outrun you on the outside or catch the ball off the backfield, so good luck stopping him.

LT Elite 83 OVR Tyron Smith – 25,000 MUT coins

LG Elite 82 OVR Richie Incognito – 9,700 MUT coins

C Gold 79 OVR Ben Jones – 4,500 MUT coins

RG Gold 79 OVR Mark Glowinski – 4,800 MUT coins

RT Gold 79 OVR Rob Havenstein – 5,000 MUT coins

Here we have the only part of the offence that did not go “elite”, at least tier wise, as they are great players whatsoever. We went a little bonkers on the left tackle as this is the most important position in the group but trust us when we tell you that they all are as agile as strong.

TE Elite 81 OVR Hunter Henry – 13,000 MUT coins

From previous editions of this experiment, we were able to snatch a tight end that was only specialized in a particular area, whether he was fast or had reliable hands. Now we get to see it all on one player as he can catch, rack yards after it or block for your running back.

WR1 Elite 82 OVR Chris Godwin – 12,000 MUT coins

WR2 Elite 82 OVR A.J. Brown – 10,500 MUT coins

WR3 Elite 81 OVR Cole Beasley – 9,500 MUT coins

This group complements each other to perfection. If you need sharp intermediate routes and reliable hands go to Godwin. If you need an overwhelming advantage on strength and speed go to Brown and if you need a sneaky and slippery slot receiver to get that first down, go to Beasley.
