We are extremely grateful for all the support we have received these last 9 years. <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/f9byJ9yr29\">https:\/\/t.co\/f9byJ9yr29<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/khsFtHhKyE\">pic.twitter.com\/khsFtHhKyE<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&mdash; Scuf Gaming (@ScufGaming) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/ScufGaming\/status\/1206591174292705282?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">December 16, 2019<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><script async=\"\" charset=\"utf-8\" src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\"><\/script>\n<\/div>\n<p>High-performance controller company SCUF Gaming has been acquired by <span>computer peripherals and hardware company CORSAIR, with the transaction expected to complete later this month.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>While CORSAIR is well-known for its PC peripherals including headsets, mice and keyboards, the acquisition of SCUF Gaming signals a move into the console market for the company.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>103 granted patents, and another 55 pending regarding controllers are held by SCUF Gaming.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>&#8220;We are delighted to join forces with CORSAIR, who share similar DNA to SCUF with regards to innovation and design in the gaming market. CORSAIR has the operational scale and network to help us bring our innovation to even more gamers.&#8221; &#8211; <em>Duncan Ironmonger, Founder and CEO of SCUF Gaming<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>SCUF Gaming will remain a separate brand within the CORSAIR family and will continue to operate from its HQ in Atlanta, as well as regional offices.
