Travellers are excited about all the new content in the Genshin Impact 2.1 update<\/a>, from new Inazuma Islands<\/a> to new characters such as Aloy<\/a>, Kujou Sara<\/a> and Baal<\/a>, brand-new Archon quests<\/a>, a Fishing system<\/a> and much, much more. Alongside the boatload of content comes several featured events<\/a> throughout September 2021, and powerful new weapons<\/a> to acquire. Arguably one of the most exciting new weapons is Engulfing Lighting, a 5-star polearm, that players can get start working towards once the server downtime<\/a> ends, via the event wish, Epitome Invocation. <\/p>\n

Here’s how you can get the Engulfing Lighting 5-star polearm in the Genshin Impact 2.1 update.<\/p>\n

How to get Engulfing Lighting 5-star polearm in Genshin Impact<\/h2>\n

The Engulfing Lighting 5-star polearm is an event-exclusive weapon. Arguably one of the most powerful new items in the Genshin Impact 2.1 update, this is one not to be missed.<\/p>\n

It increases ATK by 28 percent of Energy Recharge over the base 100 percent, and you can gain a maximum bonus of 80 percent ATK. Travellers will also gain 30 percent Energy Recharge for 12s after using an Elemental Burst.<\/p>\n

To get the Engulfing Lighting 5-star polearm, you will need to participate in the event wish Epitome Invocation, which runs until 21 September. <\/p>\n

Learn how the Epitomized Path works in our dedicated guide<\/a>, then set a course of the 5-star polearm Engulfing Lighting or the 5-star Claymore, The Unforged, to dramatically increase its drop rate. Head on over to the Wish screen in the game and select the event details, select the weapon of your choosing, play the game and the drop will come.<\/p>\n

Keep in mind the Engulfing Lighting 5-star polearm weapon and The Unforged is exclusive to the Epitome Invocation event, and not available in the standard “Wanderlust Invocation” wish.<\/p>\n
