{"id":21557,"date":"2021-09-04T21:29:11","date_gmt":"2021-09-04T21:29:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ginx.tv\/kcp-picks-up-ghost-gaming-plus-wondamike-benches-world-champ-kronovi"},"modified":"2024-07-19T15:10:58","modified_gmt":"2024-07-19T15:10:58","slug":"kcp-picks-up-ghost-gaming-plus-wondamike-benches-world-champ-kronovi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ginx.tv\/en\/rocket-league\/kcp-picks-up-ghost-gaming-plus-wondamike-benches-world-champ-kronovi","title":{"rendered":"KCP picks up Ghost Gaming plus WondaMike, benches World Champ Kronovi"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Professional esports organisation Kansas City Pioneers has had an interesting <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ginx.tv\/en\/rocket-league\">Rocket League<\/a> offseason, to say the least.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>After <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ginx.tv\/en\/rocket-league\/kansas-city-pioneers-pick-up-continuum-for-rlcs-11\">acquiring the Continuum roster<\/a> back in May 2021 only to release everyone but World Champion Cameron &ldquo;Kronovi&rdquo; Bills, now KCP has finally filled up with rocketeers once again with one interesting move in mind.<\/p>\n<p>On 4th September 2021, the Missouri-based org announced the signing of two Ghost Gaming members, Martin &#8220;Freshness&#8221; Totev and Jack &#8220;mectos&#8221; Privitera, and of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ginx.tv\/en\/rocket-league\/wondamike-and-eunited-part-ways-ahead-of-rlcs-x-spring-split\">coveted free agent Michael &#8220;WondaMike&#8221; Santoriello<\/a> for their starting RLCS squad.<\/p>\n<p>The very same day, Ghost Gaming announced the departure of Freshness and mectos from their roster. &ldquo;We are grateful for what they have done for us this past season &amp; wish them nothing but the best!&rdquo;, Ghost tweeted, promising more to share in the weeks ahead&rdquo; regarding their roster.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"img-figure\" contenteditable=\"false\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 100%;\" contenteditable=\"false\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn-cf.ginx.tv\/imgcdn\/8op_ouXr_mEBfryFgXR2gJV2ekmC85rLh-IzMg-0-DA\/rs:fill:0:0:1\/g:ce\/aHR0cHM6Ly93d3cuZ2lueC50di91cGxvYWRzMi9Sb2NrZXRfTGVhZ3VlL3Bhc3RlZF9pbWFnZV8wLTQ0NS5wbmc\" alt=\"rocket league, rlcs, rlcs 11, rlcs xi, kronovi, kansas city pioneers, mectos, freshness, wondamike, eunited, kcp, catjeans, continuum, ghost gaming\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" loading=\"lazy\"><figcaption contenteditable=\"false\">Ghost Gaming said goodbye to two-thirds of their starting roster the same day they were acquired by KCP.
