They will first represent Guild at the all-female VCT Game Changers EMEA tournament which kicks off at the end of the month.<\/p>\n<p>The organisation also field a top male Valorant team, the all-Swedish roster is considered one of the best in Europe, and their Fortnite and Rocket League teams are also well-regarded.<\/p>\n<p>While based in Europe, the female team is an international affair, and it features players from the United States to Russia.<\/p>\n<p>The full roster is:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Klaudia &#8220;Cinnamon&#8221; Beczkiewicz (IGL)<\/li>\n<li>Ya&#287;mur &#8220;Smurfette&#8221; G&uuml;nd&uuml;z<\/li>\n<li>Vivian &#8220;roxi&#8221; Schilling<\/li>\n<li>Anastasia &#8220;Glance&#8221; Anisimova<\/li>\n<li>Sophia &#8220;Kim&#8221; Benfakir<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<figure class=\"img-figure\" contenteditable=\"false\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 100%;\" contenteditable=\"false\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn-cf.ginx.tv\/imgcdn\/jppB2ret7X58AM5FdkbGKTp8FE8UhfoJmtdO4Vh4KHM\/rs:fill:0:0:1\/g:ce\/aHR0cHM6Ly93d3cuZ2lueC50di91cGxvYWRzMi9WYWxvcmFudC92YWxvcmFudF9ndWlsZC5qcGc\" alt=\"Guild Valorant esports\" width=\"512\" height=\"512\" loading=\"lazy\"><figcaption contenteditable=\"false\">Guild&#8217;s female Valorant roster is one of the best in Europe. (Picture: Guild Esports)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Riot Games has put female representation in Valorant esports as a primary concern; the developer-supported tournaments have encouraged the likes of Cloud9, TSM, and Complexity to all field female teams and they also recently launched <a href=\"https:\/\/dotesports.com\/valorant\/news\/riot-introduces-valorant-caster-training-program-for-women\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">a program to train women casters.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;When we started looking for an organisation to join we wanted somewhere that took us and our development as competitors seriously,&#8221; commented Cinnamon at the announcement. &#8220;Guild gave us total reassurance on that, and that we would be able to create a legacy here. We are so excited about Guild&rsquo;s commitment not just to us but to the future of the Valorant esports scene and plans to inspire more and more gamers to join it through their Academy.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Kal Hourd, CEO at Guild Esports said: &ldquo;Since we launched our mission has been simple &#8211; identify the most exciting talent in Esports and bring them into our organisation to give them everything they need to fulfil their potential.
