It also allows players to show off some of their ingredients they&rsquo;ve found along their journey instead of just sticking them inside of a chest for no one to see.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Of course, before players can start displaying their spices, they need to know how to make one and where they can place it in Valheim.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Making a Spice Rack in Valheim&nbsp;<\/h2>\n<figure class=\"img-figure\" contenteditable=\"false\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 100%;\" contenteditable=\"false\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn-cf.ginx.tv\/imgcdn\/7AokK86ls5OX0OLDJwRHPn51Ol7sArI-O0hGlz_5Jm8\/rs:fill:0:0:1\/g:ce\/aHR0cHM6Ly93d3cuZ2lueC50di91cGxvYWRzMi92YWxoZWltL3NwaWNlX3JhY2tfMi5wbmc\" alt=\"Valheim Spice rack\" width=\"512\" height=\"288\" loading=\"lazy\"><figcaption contenteditable=\"false\">The spice rack is Valheim&rsquo;s newest home addition. (Picture: Iron Gate Studios)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The first thing you need to know is the spice rack&rsquo;s crafting recipe.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5 Mushrooms<\/li>\n<li>3 Turnip&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>3 Thistle<\/li>\n<li>3 Dandelion&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>2 Carrots<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>As you can see, there are no actual resources needed for the rack, only materials that can be found in various parts of the world. Carrots and turnips are found through seeds which are then planted for you to harvest. These seeds can be found throughout the Black Forest mainly.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>As for the dandelions, thistle and mushrooms, you&rsquo;ll need to be on the lookout in the Meadows and Black Forest for these plants. Naturally, you&rsquo;ll want the spice rack to be near your cauldron anyway, as it makes sense from a practical standpoint.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The biggest aspect you need to remember when placing the spice rack is that it needs to be hanging from something.
