The COD Mobile Season 8<\/a> “2nd Anniversary” update has finally arrived and introduces two new weapons into the game: the M13 assault rifle and the R9-0 shotgun<\/a>! In addition to these weapons, there is also a menu of new content and gameplay changes, including a brand-new “Blackout” map<\/a>, new Scorestreak and Perk and several weapon balance changes<\/a>. <\/p>\n

The COD Mobile Season 8 patch notes describe the M13 as an assault rifle with “an extremely high fire rate and strong headshot multiplier.” This powerhouse weapon stems from 2019’s Modern Warfare and recently joined the arsenal of assault rifles in COD Mobile.<\/p>\n

Here’s the best gunsmith class setup for the M13 at the start of COD Mobile Season 8.<\/p>\n

While we have yet to rank the M13 in our Assault Rifle tier list<\/a>, we expect it to significantly shake up the meta.<\/p>\n

The following loadout was derived from the Bobby Plays YouTube channel who used this gunsmith class setup in the test build server.<\/p>\n

  • Barrel<\/strong>: RTC Heavy Long Barrel<\/li>\n
  • Laser<\/strong>: OWC Laser Tactical<\/li>\n
  • Stock<\/strong>: No Stock<\/li>\n
  • Ammunition:<\/strong> .300 RTC 30 Rnd Reload<\/li>\n
  • Rear Grip<\/strong>: Granulated Grip Tape<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The choice of Barrel attachment is arguably the most profound part of this loadout. We’ve gone with the RTC Heavy Long Barrel<\/strong> for buffs to ADS bullet spread, damage range and recoil control. This will diminish movement speed, ADS movement speed and ADS time slightly.<\/p>\n

    Next, we’ve gone with No Stock<\/strong> attachment to attenuate the cons in the previous attachment, including buffs to ADS time, movement speed and ADS movement speed.<\/p>\n

    In order to combat the ADS bullet spread dropoff, you can attach the Granulated Grip Tape Rear Grip<\/strong> attachment. We’ve also equipped the classic OWC Laser Tactical <\/strong>for additional buffs to ADS time and ADS bullet spread.<\/p>\n

    There is a decent selection of ammunition to choose from. We’ve gone with the .300 RTC 30 Rnd Reload<\/strong> to give us an extra 20% damage range boost, although you could also opt for the .300 RTC Double Stack 30 Rnd<\/strong> if you require additional magazine capacity as well.<\/p>\n
