Legends of Runeterra is a digital card game based within the same universe as League Of Legends, reminscent of Hearthstone’s connection to World Of Warcraft.

A series of closed betas took place last year, and now Riot has announced an open beta for the title will start on 24 January 2020.

Unlike the original betas, this one will be open to everyone as the name suggests. Players who took part in the previous tests, or if you pre-register here before 19 January, will be given early access to the open beta on 23 January.

A bunch of new additions will also feature in the open beta, including a new ranked mode which sees you rise from Iron rank to Masters. You’ll also have access to friends lists and the ability to challenge pals to one-on-one matches.
