Genshin Impact’s 2.2 update<\/a> will be releasing next week on 13th October and will add  Thoma, Hu Tao<\/a>, Tsurumi Island, Polar Star, Wavebreaker’s Fin, Rockfond Rifthound, Rockfond Rifthound Whelp and more to the game. The update will be available to pre-install<\/a> soon, and the patch will release officially after a maintenance break of a few hours.<\/p>\n

During the server maintenance, players will not be able to play Genshin Impact, so it is advised to complete any quests or missions that you have started before the maintenance begins. Here are the complete maintenance schedule and details about the compensation Travelers will be getting.<\/p>\n

Genshin Impact 2.2 maintenance will begin on 13th October at 6 am (UTC+8) and will go on for approximately five hours. After that, the update will be pushed out on all the platforms including PC, mobile and PlayStation. <\/p>\n

Along with this, players will be given maintenance compensation and issue fix compensation of 300 Primogems each. However, in order to be eligible for this, you need to have Adventure Rank 5 or above before the maintenance begins.<\/p>\n

The rewards will be sent via in-game mail within five hours after the update maintenance is finished and players are suggested to claim them before 16th October, 6 am (UTC+8). <\/p>\n

After the period is over, the mail will expire and you will not be able to get your free rewards. Genshin Impact 2.2 update is called “Into the Perilous Labyrinth of Fog” and you can have a look at its official trailer below:<\/p>\n
