Although Dream denied the allegations, saying that he was suspended on Twitter during the mob vote, Minecraft users continued to circulate rumours regarding his alleged complicity with the &#8220;rigged&#8221; mob vote.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier last month, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ginx.tv\/en\/minecraft\/dream-pledges-to-rig-minecraft-live-vote-to-worst-mob-out-of-spite\">Dream pledged that he would rig the vote<\/a> to the &#8220;worst mob out of spite,&#8221; which was the spark of massive contention among many Minecraft enthusiasts across the globe. This followed after the Minecraft YouTuber sent a hoard of trolls to raid Minecraft polls to vote for the Glow Squid the previous year.<\/p>\n<h2>Dream denied allegations of rigging Minecraft mob vote poll<\/h2>\n<p>The Internet star later retracted his statement on 15th October after receiving tremendous backlash from Minecraft fans, saying: &#8220;As much as it is funny to joke about people getting deathly mad at a block game, I won&#8217;t be advocating for any mob,&#8221; adding that he would &#8220;leave it up to the community.&#8221;<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">as much as it is funny to joke about people getting deathly mad at a block game, I won&#8217;t be advocating for any mob as I understand why some people would be upset with me jokingly influencing the vote last year.
