Originally intended to be held in Asia, the organisers had to make the decision to switch locations as a result of the ongoing pandemic restrictions.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>With the third and final Rainbow Six Major event to be held in G&auml;vle in November, 16 of the best Rainbow Six Siege teams are awaiting to battle for a grand prize pool of &#36;500,000 and Six Invitational points up for grabs. Here&#8217;s what we know so far about the next Rainbow Six Sweden Major in 2022, from schedule to prize pool and more.<\/p>\n<h2>Rainbow Six Sweden Major 2021 schedule and format<\/h2>\n<p>According to a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ubisoft.com\/en-gb\/esports\/rainbow-six\/siege\/news-updates\/jDPxaPYPDnhVs9Bq1Xchq\/introducing-the-six-sweden-major-from-november-8-to-14?isSso=true&amp;refreshStatus=noLoginData\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">blog post<\/a> on the official Rainbow Six esports website, the Six Sweden Major will follow the &ldquo;same competitive format&rdquo; used for the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ginx.tv\/en\/rainbow-six-siege\/team-one-esports-triumph-at-six-mexico-major-brazil-stays-at-the-top\">Rainbow Six Mexico Major<\/a>. These teams will face off in the best of three elimination-style matches to set up the grand final.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, Ubisoft has outlined that this Six Sweden Major will be taking place as a &ldquo;LAN event with no on-site audience following strict sanitary restrictions&rdquo;.
