Call of Duty: Vanguard<\/a> is releasing later this week and Activision is finally ready to share the PC system requirements for the game.<\/p>\n

In a new blog post, focused solely on the PC version of the game and all aspects around it, alongside the official Vanguard PC trailer, it also highlighted what PC gamers can expect in technical terms.<\/p>\n

The first thing you will be relieved to hear is that you will need not buy a new drive just to instal another Call of Duty game, as it seems that Beenox (Activision’s subordinary studio exclusively in charge of making PC ports) has done a great job with the file size optimisation.<\/p>\n

In stark contrast to Warzone, which currently requires a baffling 147GB of space on your drive, you will need to allocate only 61GB in order to instal COD Vanguard on your PC, and that includes all three main modes of the game: singleplayer campaign, multiplayer, and Zombies.<\/p>\n

And if you are not interested in the campaign, rather you only want to have fun with other players, you will need and even less space, as there is a multiplayer + Zombies package that will only take you 36GB of space on your drive, almost unbelievable for a modern AAA game.<\/p>\n

For comparison, on launch, Black Ops Cold War required 80GB, almost 20GB more than Vanguard.<\/p>\n

Still, keep in mind that these are just a vanilla version of the game, and as new seasons drop and add new content, these numbers will start growing.<\/p>\n

Asides from a relatively small installation size, Vanguard on PC also comes with very flexible requirements, designed to allow gamers with various configurations to find their perfect settings and enjoy the game as optimally as possible.<\/p>\n
